Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LotteryLava ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Lottery games are games of pure chance. No software, algorithm, system, or method — including LotteryLava and our LavaLogic engine — can predict, guarantee, or influence lottery outcomes. Past results do not predict future outcomes.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY WINNINGS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WINNING IS NOT GUARANTEED AND THAT YOU USE THIS SERVICE ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

LotteryLava does not sell lottery tickets. We are an analysis and number generation tool only. Any decision to purchase lottery tickets is made solely by you through licensed lottery retailers.

LotteryLava provides lottery number analysis, statistics, and number generation tools. Our Service includes:

  • Historical lottery data analysis (hot/cold numbers, frequency)
  • AI-powered number generation using our LavaLogic engine
  • Personal lucky number storage and integration
  • Lottery results tracking
  • Statistical visualizations

We do not sell lottery tickets, process lottery purchases, or have any affiliation with state lottery commissions or lottery operators.

Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscriptions continue at their current rate until renewal
  • Refunds are available within 14 days of first payment for annual plans
  • You can cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOTTERYLAVA AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any losses incurred from lottery play or gambling activities
  • Any decisions made based on information provided by the Service
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any interruption or cessation of the Service
  • Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in lottery data or number generation

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LOTTERYLAVA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
  • Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information
  • Any warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or expectations

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LotteryLava and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any gambling or lottery-related activities you undertake
  • Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Resell, duplicate, or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Scrape or harvest data from the Service
  • Use the Service if lottery play is illegal in your jurisdiction
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by LotteryLava and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"LotteryLava," "LavaLogic," and associated logos are trademarks of LotteryLava. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account and data (except as required by law)
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
